Can you do some behind the scene video of your recording as well? 😊
comes for design lesson, encounters passioned socialist speech ✨
Garry! You killed it! Everyone should realize this
So extremely valuable. And Steve Jobs!!!
BILLONS DOLLAR
Thank you for your time and effort on this important question.
Great advice, thank you making this video Gary.
Thank you ,i learn coding, iam 17 years old,my dream start my own startup
I wish there was somewhere i could try it out before buying.
Gnarly is right. I volunteer at a homeless shelter in LA. They need more than shelter. Things like emotional support, behavior therapy, addiction treatment, occupational counseling, life coaching, psych treatment, physical therapy, nutrition, community, religion/god and more. Maybe some funding from the government to use the YC company technology that can help.
This is real advice, thank you.
Your videos are really great, and that’s why I dare to suggest that you create a channel in Spanish. I understand your time is limited, but believe me, you would help a lot of people in Latam.
Great video Gary, I recently just put in an application at YC, and I look forward to working on this issue as well. I love the compassion of the Haven for Hope &, Human^Upcycle programs.
I am big fan of you gary, brother. Thank you for your valuable information , love from India.
Gem of an interview. Especially the part where parker talks about so much of the conventional wisdom around building a company around narrow problem not being right anymore.
Thanks
Looks like I'm closing my startup. My friend/partner simply doesn't get it. And he's taking it personally.

I bent a spoon while watching this video😂
''build something that doesn't exist yet, do rewrites and stay current with tech''. wonderful quote
Hi Garry! Do you have any business contact email for your UA-cam channel collaboration?
Was interesting talk, I wish it was much easier immigrate to the USA. Ultimately my goal is also to get enough funds and invest in personal project, to be able to spend my whole time on it without worrying about bills, expenses and all the jazz. By the way totally agree as it was mentioned, getting married especially in a nowadays first of all it needs financial stability.
Amazing story!!Thank you both!
This question doesn't always apply to million dollar ideas. What about startups which take years and years to build and take off? Where their initial markets were small. Nvidia and GPUs for instance. Apple and the personal computer as another. We can even apply this to old industries like drug development. Drugs which takes a decade to develop from target discovery, perhaps nothings changed in that decade, but once they've passed all the trials, they can make huge waves in the market.
The guy at 5:33 is being ridiculous. They're not going to offer shelter to every homeless person at the encampment after they clean it up because there's not enough room.
Thank you
Thank you Gary for standing up against the Far-Left Marxists. Far-right are bad, but so are the Far-left crazies.
Is Sarah single? asking for a friend.
Gay! Just say for you. How insecure to even hide online.
I'm coming!
This is powerful!
Vocal fry overload
Wtf does even mean. Nerd.
super
Hey Garry. I'm 19 years old from a Pakistani village close to Afghanistan's border. I've been watching your videos since the age of 15. I've come up with an excellent idea that's better, cheaper, faster than its competition. It provides customers with a more convenient and hyper personalized experience. Want your feedback on the idea
This is my favorite video of yours I’ve seen so far. Thanks. Regarding depth from experience and trial, if we zoom out and consider the depth and trial of humans who lived before us then it recalls the proverb “there is nothing new under the sun.” Predicting the future can just be looking back to history, abstracting it and instantiating it again in today’s medium
Great info 🎉
Why do so many men sound feminine these days? So many of these successful tech dudes either sounds gay or are gay. Peter Thiel, Sam Altman come to mind. I think I fucked up by being straight.
Great video! Thanks Garry.
Absolutely fantastic talk you three! Keep up the phenomenal work!✨😉👍
Great video

So you guys have that money in cash or hiw is it all together? Cause 100million is huge right
Thanks Gary, we are coming for you guys this winter. Mittbox it is it what you've been looking for decades.
i am late for this hiring! too bad you had back to YC now..
Ooooooooouoooooooooooyooooo
Garry Thanks for talking about it. I lived in California and Chicago for 2 years. It insane to see so much wealth and poverty in the same place. I lived in EU for 25 years and 3 years in Seoul, South Korea. It is a culture problem (your video is helping there) but politician will never solves it. You will NEVER NEVER see this level of homeless issue in EU or Korea. It would be absurd for people. Please lead the entrepreneurs to find a solution and act on it. California CEOs have so much power, money and drive. Why don't they want to solve that problem ? That is the real question.
Even Buddha, the teacher of great compassion, said that compassion must be guided by wisdom. Compassion without wisdom often becomes blind. The word ‘compassion’ is derived from ‘compass,’ which signifies equal concern for all directions and all living beings. We must consider compassion for children and disabled individuals walking on the street, for girls and women afraid to walk alone in these areas, for the community living around homeless camps, for businesses suffering because the homeless deter customers, for nature polluted by urine and feces from the homeless, and so on.
You get what you vote for? I mean, its pretty obvious where these problems are the most prevalent in America...
